Jarrod got me a sercy (aka surprise) from ACE last weekend -- a beautiful hanging basket of hot pink New Guinea Impatiens! Nice work, Jarrod...nice work.

FYI - I really have a ridiculous amount of pictures on my camera right now of my yard alone, so to spare you from this (and to prevent this blog from becoming the world's most boring blog) I'll only post the cream of the crop...or at least what I deem to be blog-worthy.

A few weeks ago Margot made some new friends, Molly and Jack. Molly looks a lot like Margot in the face and they both share the same 3 colors - tan, black and white. Jack's a Corgi/Sheltie mix and the 3 of them had a great time playing in our yard.

I was in Seaside/Destin over the weekend and saw my fair share of pelicans and seagulls - I seriously thought I was in the movie "Finding Nemo." I also saw a Great Blue Heron (GBH , anyone?) but couldn't get my camera out in time to take a picture of it (the truth is Suzie refused to stop the car and let me take a pic of it, haha).
